1 cup matzo meal
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
4 large eggs
1/4 cup melted schmaltz ghee/butter, canola or avocado oil
1 tbsp fresh dill minced
3 quarts chicken stock or water
