Beef Bourguignon Soup With Homemade Gluten Free Egg Noodles

Instructions:

Add in 1/2 can of tomato paste,

add 8 cups of beef stock, 2 cups wine,

Add ribs back to pot.

Simmer for 2 1/2 hours,

remove ribs,

remove from bones and shred meat,

Add meat, mushrooms, and additional chopped carrots,

Simmer till carrots are tender,

Add your choice of egg noodles,

Gluten Free Noodles:
3 cups of gluten free flour blend,

4 eggs,

1 top salt,

and water a TB at a time until dough comes together
