Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Instructions:


Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your broiler to high.
Using kitchen shears, cut down the shell’s top lengthwise, stopping before the tail fin. Gently pull the lobster meat out, resting it on top of the shell for presentation.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Baste the Lobster Tails:
Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Generously brush the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat.
Cook the Lobster Tails:
Bake for 10–12 minutes or broil for 6–8 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly golden.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges for an elegant touch.
