3 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef, cooked and fat drained off
2 cups of water
1-6 ounce can of tomato paste
1 clove minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder
