Instructions:
Sauté Onions and Garlic:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion becomes translucent.
Combine in Stockpot:
In a large stockpot, combine the cooked beef, sliced carrots, celery, green pepper, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and the sautéed garlic and onions.
Bring to a Boil:
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and let it simmer for 45 minutes.
