White Bean And Potato Soup

Ingredients

8 cups of chicken or turkey stock

1 leftover ham bone

2 14.5 oz canned Cannellini Great Northern, Pinto or Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed

2 cups of diced peeled potatoes or two small-medium potatoes

3 cups of chopped ham

1 1/2 cups of diced celery

1 1/2 cups of diced baby carrots

1 cup of chopped onions or 1 medium onion chopped

1/2 tsp of dried thyme

1 tbs extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

black pepper and salt to taste
