Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

1 large diced

Small hand-full of fresh herbs, parsley, thyme dill, about tsp of each, or to your preference
6-7 cups mushrooms, don’t cut too thin

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup beef broth

1 cup cold milk

2 heaping spoons of flour

Good splash of white wine

Salt and pepper (to your liking)
