Cabbage Weight Loss Soup

Ingredients:

Soup Base:

1 can diced tomatoes (or crushed tomatoes)

1 can tomato juice

1 can beef broth (or chicken/vegetable broth)

Vegetables:

1/2 head of cabbage, chopped

2 carrots, sliced

1 onion, diced

2 celery stalks, chopped

1 bell pepper, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup green beans, trimmed

Optional: Broccoli, cauliflower, or asparagus, chopped (as desired)

Seasoning:

1 packet onion soup mix

1 jar medium salsa (or to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste
